Transforming the Manufacturing Process with Oracle Process Manufacturing Automation

The Challenge

The organization, a leading manufacturer and distributor of health products recognized the need for automating their manufacturing and outsourcing processes to ensure seamless operations, adhere to quality standards, and reduce overall costs. Our partner sought to automate the entire process, from batch creation to completion to achieve a competitive advantage among their competition.

SVARAPPS Transformation Approach

Our approach focused on enhancing the efficiency of our partner’s Oracle Cloud investment utilizing automation capabilities. We started the project by upgrading the distribution and manufacturing modules with the latest release. Post successful upgrade, we implemented Oracle Outside Processing (OSP) to incorporate the outsourced manufacturing processes to the overall manufacturing lifecycle. Our team configured 8+ Oracle standard APIs to automate the end-to-end process – in both OPM and OSP.
