The Challenge
The organization, a global manufacturer of zippers, sliders, pullers, and metal buttons with a global clientele of 1400+ customers spread across 21 countries, reached a critical juncture in their growth journey. Due to the soaring demand, the traditional systems in use faced multiple hurdles in tracking their shipments, managing inventory, fulfilling orders timely, raw material procurement, and production planning. They chose to partner with SVARAPPS Technologies to transform their manufacturing and logistics operations.
SVARAPPS Transformation Approach
Our strategy involved implementing SAP ECC – EHP7 to enable seamless manufacturing and logistics processes for the manufacturing giant. We integrated SAP Financial Accounting, Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance modules and implemented variant configuration, Make-To-Order, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis to address the transformational needs of the organization. Further, we embarked on comprehensive inbound and outbound integrations with other file systems for sales orders and purchase orders to ensure real-time data tracking.
